Key Lime Fluff
1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
8 oz fat free whipped topping
fresh lime wedges
Stir condensed milk and lime juice until mixed. Add the tub of whipped topping and mix well. Refrigerate and serve with fresh berries, melons, grapes, graham crackers, or anything else you would like to dip. Can also be placed in a graham craker pie crust and served as a pie.

1 Dish Chicken
1 pkg frozen veggies, any kind, thawed
4 skinless, bonelss chicken breasts
1/2 cup favorite BBQ sauce or marinade
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of baking dish. Place veggies in dish. Place chicken on top of veggies. Drizzle sauce or marinade over top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes (until chicken is no longer pink).
